Job Objectives:
Your essential support position requires an outside-the-box approach that will immediately impact the clients you will serve and their families. You will be empowered to both support and challenge our participants, giving them the opportunity to enjoy life and achieve goals in a safe, caring, and secure environment. Job Responsibilities Physically and emotionally assist and support the individuals of NuPath Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle, in a clean, safe, secure community life. To support individuals, through either day supports or residential supports, to be an integral part of their communities and to choose and participate in the community activities of their choice. Ensure all aspects and protocols of case management, advocacy, safety, and community membership, and case records are followed. Follow all agency policies and attend/participate actively in staff and supervision meetings.
