Team/ Field Supervisor

Our residential house cleaning business is growing and we are hiring a full-time Team/ Field Supervisor to help us grow. We'll train the right person with a terrific attitude, but you MUST have residential (house) cleaning experience to qualify for the Field Supervisor position . Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of employees and provide guidance and support to complete
• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement by performing Quality Control Checks
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is organized and replenished as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as creating Work Orders and stuffing marketing material.

Experience:

• Must have professional residential cleaning experience to be considered for the position.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required

Tasks:

Learn and follow our company procedures and chores list for every service we offer Perform Quality Control checks on housekeepers working in clients homes Lead/ train/ supervise a team of 2-4 techs out in the field on Deep cleanings, Move In/ Out cleanings and One Time cleanings. Work closely with the owner to ensure jobs are completed to our company standard and on time

Compensation:

$650

• $850 or more per week after training for go

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a reliable car to use every day for work Authorized to work in the USA Must be able, without restriction, to physically move, lift, carry, and operate all equipment as the job requires. MUST be able to be physically active 8 hours a day, doing actions such as bending over, carrying 25 lbs., walking up and down steps quickly, kneeling down, stretching , etc. You will need to provide references at the interview
