Job Description

We are Maine's leader in condominium management, and we continue to expand our portfolio. We're looking for the best and brightest Condominium Association Manager in the area to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the board of directors and ownership while preserving and increasing the value of the properties. Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding financial statements Interacting with Association Boards and residents Preparing and meeting annual budgets. Negotiating and securing bids from contractors Providing oversight of projects Drafting and distributing correspondence to clients Overseeing routine and preventative maintenance programs Attending periodic board meetings on evenings/weekends Knowledge of the Maine Condominium Act Be fluent in all Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel Outstanding organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Proven ability to work both independently and on a team Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Qualifications:
Some weekend and evening hours required Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in real estate management, and be looking for a long-term career opportunity Professional designations, such as a CMCA preferred but not required About Company Come join Maine's fastest-growing real estate management firm.
