Property Manager and cleaner

Job Summary Join our family as a Property Manager and Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our four room motel and house rental property. This position combines hands-on cleaning responsibilities with some comprehensive property management duties, ensuring our properties are pristine and well-maintained. You'll be the friendly face our renters rely on, addressing questions and helping us meet the needs of our renters. Responsibilities Clean the four motel rooms after their check-outs (sometimes this will be daily and sometimes you will have slower days) Follow our instructions to keep the highest clenleness standards Help the property owner clean the rental house after check-outs Check management platforms to ensure that renters' needs are met and see the daily check-ins and outs Qualifications Ability to follow directions and instructions Technology teachablity Clean apperience No criminal background Join us to help make our first summer season a success! We are a small family with a newborn baby who is really looking for someone we can trust and rely on to help clean and help my wife manage the rooms and the house.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
