Established Property Management Company looking to hire immediately. Looking for a Leasing Consultant who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Senior Community located in Berkley, MI. Our manager will maintain community operations by:

• Attracting, retaining, and serving residents
• Maintaining and improving physical facilities and service operations
• Planning and monitoring costs and rental rates
• Maintaining purchase orders and invoice approval and entry
• Supervising and developing community staff Job Requirements
• Candidates must have a minimum of years of Management experience or 5 years of Property Management experience and should have strong management skills.
• The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image.
• Self-motivation and direction are required.
• Attention to detail in maintenance of the property and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office a must, as well as user experience of apartment management software.
