Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities. This role involves managing maintenance teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of property performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and project management experience to ensure facilities operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance staff, and implementing safety regulations to create a secure and well-maintained environment for tenants and staff alike. Duties Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, schematics, and repair procedures to ensure operational transparency. Lease agreement preparation, etc.. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a focus on team supervision and project management. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Experience with Rent account manager software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish to coordinate with team members, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
