This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Community Manager will also engage with the community to promote community activities and enhance Resident experiences. Responsibilities Build relationships with residents, vendors, prospects and industry professionals to positively promote community/communities. Maintain the community, resident, vendor and organizational system (both electronic and physical) in a timely, accurate and confidential manner at all times. Create, manage and deposit daily rent collection of all community income (site rent, rentals, late fees, etc.). Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within state and landlord laws and attend court proceedings, as required. Prepare, analyze and submit all daily, weekly and monthly reports, as directed.- Respond to resident/vendor comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience and/or property management experience. High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Detail oriented with strong time management, leadership and follow-through skills. Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. General computer & internet knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
