As a Custodial Supervisor / Manager, you'll combine leadership responsibilities with active involvement in daily custodial tasks to ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards across our services.

Responsibilities Include:

Management Duties:

Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly. Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff. Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals. Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.

Custodial Tasks:

Perform assigned cleaning duties daily to support the team and maintain facility standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency tasks as needed. Lead by example in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills. Experience in custodial or facilities management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance hands-on work and leadership responsibilities. Proficient in various software applications for task management. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
