As a Property Manager, you will coordinate maintenance teams, implement safety regulations, and optimize facility operations to deliver exceptional service and uphold high standards of safety and functionality. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of facilities maintenance teams, including supervising technicians responsible for mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, plumbing maintenance, and industrial maintenance activities. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards to ensure compliance across all facilities. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships to ensure successful completion. Requirements Proven management experience overseeing facilities or maintenance teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Excellent team management skills with demonstrated supervising experience in fast-paced environments. Ability to lead projects effectively from planning through execution while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
