Job Description
Maintenance Technician - Residential Construction & Renovation We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our construction company! This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship. Our work focuses on home maintenance, repairs, renovations, and general construction . Responsibilities General home maintenance and repairs Kitchen and bathroom renovations Carpentry and finish work Deck repairs and maintenance Painting and drywall repairs Power washing Trim, doors, cabinets, and other residential repairs Basic remodeling and renovation projects Troubleshooting and identifying repair needs Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Working independently and completing projects in a timely manner Performing a wide variety of residential repairs as needed This Position Is NOT for HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing so experience in those trades is not required. But would be welcomed Qualifications Must be self-motivated and able to work independently General residential maintenance or construction experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable and dependable Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Good communication and customer-service skills Willingness to learn and take on a variety of projects What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can walk into a home, look at a problem, and say, "I can figure this out."
