Full Job Description Property Manager Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year +bonus potential Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, managing financial performance, and ensuring the property is well maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. Manage leasing performance and occupancy goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Lead and support onsite team members, including leasing and maintenance staff. Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and budget performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and local requirements. Address resident concerns and facilitate timely resolution of issues. Coordinate property inspections and maintenance needs. Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and other property-related expenses. Prepare reports related to occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance. Qualifications 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily housing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with leasing, resident relations, and rent collections. Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
