The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements Promote a positive home environment that supports independence and personal growth Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners Oversee medication administration, health monitoring, and quality care practices Support personal care and activities of daily living as needed Manage staffing, scheduling, and after-hours program needs On Call Rotation What We're Looking For Strong leadership and team development skills Compassionate, person-centered approach to service delivery Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Commitment to quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement Ability to build trusting relationships with staff and individuals served

What You Bring Preferred:

Associate's Degree in a Human Services-related field Previous leadership experience in residential, healthcare, or human services settings

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Three years of related experience if no Associate's Degree Valid Michigan driver's license Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for staffing and program emergencies Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
