Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure the safety and functionality of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. As a key leader in facilities management, you will drive projects, uphold safety regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in property upkeep and tenant satisfaction. Duties Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and routine inspections of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and low voltage systems. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize operational efficiency. Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance tasks using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters. Coordinate projects involving HVAC system repair, electrical system upgrades, plumbing repairs, and other facilities improvements while managing budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff on OSHA regulations and best practices in facilities management. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics updates, and safety compliance documentation. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or similar operational groups within industrial or commercial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, low voltage wiring, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance management programs such as CMMS software to track work orders and asset histories. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards; ability to conduct safety audits and enforce compliance measures effectively. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, project management capabilities, and the ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Ability to interpret schematics related to electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing layouts, and mechanical diagrams using tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting.
