Job Description

COMMUNITY MANAGER
Senior Independent Apartment Community We are a 4th generation owner-managed management company that is focused on senior housing; however, we recognize that we can't be great without great people. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with the senior population is a plus. Prefer education and/or work experience in related field (business administration, leasing, marketing, advertising, hospitality, etc.) A self-starter, communicator, confident, a good listener, reliable, organized, detailed, flexible, motivated and efficient. Innovative and creative thinking processes along with customer service skills, supervisory skills, leadership skills and complete focus on the task at hand is beneficial.
Education and Requirements:
Minimum of a High school diploma is required. Experience in accounting, customer service, sales/marketing, supervision and management. Computer literacy in MS Word, EXCEL, and Publisher, Email/Outlook and familiarity with the Internet is required. Experience with ONESITE (Real Page) computer software. Criminal background check is required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver license is required. Real Estate Licensing - Salesperson License (will be required).
