Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures in accordance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Manage facilities management software (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Supervise the inspection of mechanical systems using schematics, electrical testing tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters, and troubleshooting techniques to identify issues. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical problems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or low voltage systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training staff on OSHA guidelines. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or plumbing system maintenance. Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency by analyzing maintenance data and implementing best practices in facilities management. Monitor the condition of mechanical systems through schematics review and technical assessments to prevent failures. Ensure all work adheres to established safety protocols while managing multiple priorities within budget constraints. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or similar operational groups. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, HVAC systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, OSHA safety regulations, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office applications.
