Full Job Description Overview:

The Senior Building Manager manages and coordinates property management activities, including operations and maintenance, administrative functions and other services for a multi-tenant commercial office building.

Responsibilities:

Service coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, contracting, and developing, directing and managing on site personnel Acts as liaison between owner and owner's user community Ensures consistent communication and compliance with owner's objectives, company policies and procedures and industry best practices

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

10+ years' facilities management and maintenance experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building management systems Must be an excellent communicator and possess progressive technical and supervisory experienc Great Leadership skills Excellent Facilities Management skills Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent Team builder Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
