Assistant Property Manager Burnsville Pay Rate Range:

$50,000.00-$55,000.00/salary

Burnsville, MN Schedule:

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-5

PM Position Type:

Direct Hire Requirements and Qualifications:

Good communication skills. Courteous manner, positive. Professional attitude. Knowledge of financial matters. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Computer experience with aptitude on MS Windows, Outlook, and Word. Career-oriented team player. Experience is a plus. Not necessary to live on site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain rapport with residents and prospective residents. Show and lease rental units. Review and approve rental applications. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Collect rents and make bank deposits. Help to schedule and coordinate turnovers. Work with the manager to manage move-ins and move-outs.
