This highly visible leadership role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board members, and vendors while ensuring exceptional community operations, financial stewardship, property maintenance, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Board of Directors and management company to implement community goals and priorities. Prepare Board meeting materials, management reports, and community communications. Manage homeowner relations, covenant compliance, architectural requests, and amenity operations. Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, reserve planning, and invoice review. Oversee vendors, maintenance contracts, capital projects, and community improvements. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community's appearance, safety, and overall quality. Support community events, clubhouse operations, and resident engagement initiatives. Qualifications Experience managing a large HOA, master-planned community, or multi-amenity residential property. Strong knowledge of association operations, budgeting, vendor management, and property maintenance. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications CMCA designation (or willingness to obtain).
