Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Northfield, MN Schedule:
Part-Time - Approximately 20 Hours per
Week Pay:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community in Northfield, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management, leasing, or strong customer service experience looking for a consistent part-time schedule. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations and resident needs Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective residents Show available apartments and assist with the leasing process Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork Collect rent and assist with delinquency follow-up Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests Coordinate maintenance requests with maintenance staff and vendors Conduct routine property and unit inspections Maintain accurate resident files and property records Help maintain occupancy through leasing and resident retention efforts Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized leasing office Qualifications Previous property management, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software Professional and dependable when working with residents, prospects, vendors, and ownership Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines preferred Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
