What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is looking for a part time, energetic, dependable Community Manager for Kamnic Lane Apartments in Pierz, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents. Join Our Dynamic Team!
Job Description:
(Including but not limited to the following) Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights. Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and overall resident satisfaction. Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues. Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and residents. Maintain positive resident relations. Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy including apartment showings. Office administration duties as necessary, including but not limited to rent collection and community policy enforcement. Common area upkeep. Requirements Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience We're looking for individuals with proven work experience in multifamily management, and ideally, at least one year in a management or comparable position. However, we're also open to training candidates who demonstrate the right foundational skillset. Energetic, dependable self-starter Well-Organized Strong leasing skills/sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
Hourly Pay range: $15.00 - $20.00, depending on experience. Why INH Properties?
