Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices. Ensuring proper use of all standard documents and forms (Leases, Applicants, Renewals, etc.). Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, per owner guidelines. Capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest rate possible. Managing delinquency of rental and other income (including posting/collecting/tracking relevant information, consistently attempting to collect "Bad Debt" prior to write offs, etc.). Responding timely to resident requests and complaints. Signing new and renewal lease documents / files as needed. Maintaining and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements. Ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest impact.

Skills & Experience Required :

2+ years' experience in multi-family housing. Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI). General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines. Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units.
