Inspire, Lead, and Make a Difference—Become a Residential Supervisor at Catholic Charities We are hiring for a Residential Supervisor for Bethany Home in Cold Spring, MN We are a nonprofit organization serving Central Minnesota with core values rooted in Compassion, Hope, Accountability, Respect, Dignity, and Service . Catholic Charities empowers our neighbors and creates impact in housing, food, and mental health that is seen and felt for generations. What You Will Do At Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism. As a Residential Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team.
You will:
Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback. Deliver hands-on care to clients, develop and manage their care plans to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners. Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance. Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards. What We're Looking For The minimum requirements for this position includes three years of experience working with DDMI populations , at least two of which are working in a group residential setting, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a residential setting . Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required You must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
