What We're Looking For We are seeking a seasoned leader who can build high-performing teams, foster a strong culture of accountability and support, and represent the organization with professionalism and confidence both internally and within the community. The minimum requirements for this position include five years of experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are in a group residential setting, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a residential setting. Candidates with extensive residential leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply. In addition, the qualified candidate must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass both a driving record check and background check.
