Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Full-Time Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a residential apartment community in Waseca, MN . We're looking for a hands-on, organized professional who can oversee day-to-day property operations, provide excellent resident service, maintain strong occupancy, and ensure the community is operating efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the apartment community Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain strong occupancy and resident retention Handle resident questions, concerns, and lease violations professionally Collect rent and monitor delinquent accounts Coordinate maintenance requests, apartment turns, and vendor services Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained Prepare reports and maintain accurate resident and property records Assist with budgeting, invoices, and expense control Market available apartments and follow up with prospective residents Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, lease requirements, and company policies Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members Qualifications Previous property management or apartment management experience preferred Strong leasing and resident relations experience Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with property management software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Compensation & Opportunity $55,000 annual salary Full-time position Stable property management opportunity Opportunity to manage and make an impact at the community level Interested in taking the next step in your property management career?
