Residential House Cleaning Team Lead The Cleaning Solution of White Bear Lake is looking for a dependable, motivated Residential House Cleaning Team Lead to join our growing team! If you enjoy creating clean, welcoming homes, take pride in your work, and are ready to lead a small team, we'd love to meet you. While at least one year of residential cleaning experience is preferred , we are happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and leadership potential.

Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour Why You'll Love Working With Us Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week (work Tuesday-Friday) 4 day work weeks with full time hours Straight hourly pay—you are paid from the time you pick up supplies until you return them at the end of the day Earn customer tips Additional pay when training new team members Average 34-38 hours per week Performance incentives No evenings, nights, or weekends Consistent schedule with recurring residential clients What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you'll work alongside your cleaning crew while ensuring every home meets our high standards.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising a residential cleaning team Cleaning homes alongside your team members Picking up and returning supplies and equipment each workday Safely managing client keys and entry codes Performing quality control inspections Providing guidance, support, and training to team members Maintaining a professional, positive experience for our clients What We're Looking For Available Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance Able to speak, read, and write English One year of residential cleaning experience preferred (but not required) Skills & Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Confident leading and motivating a team Organized and comfortable completing light paperwork Detail-oriented and committed to consistently high-quality work A professional problem solver who takes initiative Dependable, positive, and customer-focused About The Cleaning Solution The Cleaning Solution has proudly served the White Bear Lake area since 2001 .
