Table:
1-2 years of Property management or Supervisor/Management Skills Strong customer service experience A strong work ethic with high integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize work efficiently. Some knowledge of Fair Housing Standards, HUD, and Section 8 Housing.
