This energetic position involves supporting the leasing process, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring smooth daily operations of a 128 unit apaprtment community. You will be a key point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members, fostering a positive living environment while adhering to all fair housing regulations and legal standards. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help drive occupancy rates and uphold the property's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Assist in managing leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing using our property management software Entrata Support rent collection efforts, including data entry, payment processing, and addressing delinquency issues with professionalism and tact Coordinate property maintenance requests and work closely with facilities management to ensure timely resolution of issues Uphold compliance with Section 8, Fair Housing regulations, and other legal requirements Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, or in person with exemplary phone etiquette and conflict management skills Maintain accurate records through filing systems, data entry updates Assist in marketing efforts by upselling available units and promoting community amenities to prospective tenants Working Saturdays. Off Sunday and one other weekday Experience Prior property management or real estate administrative experience is highly preferred Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs Experience working with Entrata is a plus Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and office experience Knowledge of property leasing processes, contracts, and negotiation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents and team members Experience in property maintenance coordination is advantageous Join us to make a difference in residents' lives by providing outstanding service and ensuring our community remains vibrant and welcoming.
