Job Summary:
These detail oriented, customer facing professionals assist in the day to day operations of our properties by assisting with administrative tasks. These professionals greet residents and prospective residents, manage the phone line , they process work orders, invoices, and assist in the property manager by taking on delegated tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle self in professional manner in a variety of settings Greet residents and prospective residents Manage the properties phone line Manage intake and processing of work orders Process invoices and expense reports Process waitlist applications Assist prospective applicants with necessary paperwork Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, vendors, and other staff members. Make the manager aware of any health and safety concerns on site.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
(Minimum degree needed or any certification) High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience working in an office setting Real Page Onesite Experience is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
