In this energetic role, you will oversee leasing activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage property maintenance, and uphold compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your proactive approach will help foster a vibrant community environment while maximizing property performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your property management expertise and administrative skills to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property leasing, including conducting tours, processing applications, and upselling available units to prospective residents. Oversee tenant relations by providing outstanding customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships in accordance with Landlord-tenant law. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities using systems like Yardi, OneSite, or CMMS to ensure properties are well-maintained and operationally efficient. Handle legal administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing lease documentation while maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions and oversee vendor relationships for repairs and upkeep. Resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management strategies, fostering a harmonious community environment. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles Strong knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software. Legal administrative experience related to leases, contracts, and landlord-tenant law is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and the ability to handle conflict professionally. Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling units or services, negotiation, and contract management. Office experience that includes data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks; facilities management knowledge is beneficial.
