Assistant Property Manager

Duties:

Assist the Property Manager in day to day tasks Handle Delinquency and Rent Collection Oversee move ins and achieve company standards set forth regarding resident satisfaction Walk units Set availability dates and walk units to ensure availability Provide information about available units, lease terms, and rental rates Assist in prospect outreach Assist in training and leasing compliance Coordinate move-in and move-out processes Engage residents with events and assist with resident issues

Requirements:

• Resman Experience a plus. Previous experience in leasing or management
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
