This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multifamily professional who understands the unique pace and demands of a new development and enjoys building a community from the ground up. Previous lease-up experience is strongly preferred. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing leasing performance, resident experience, property operations, reporting, collections, team performance, and the transition from initial lease-up to stabilized occupancy.
