As Assistant Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the community and serve as a key point of contact for residents, prospects, and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with leasing apartments, giving tours, and closing leases Following up with leads and supporting marketing efforts Providing excellent service to residents and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly Collecting rents, posting payments, and managing resident accounts Controlling delinquent accounts and setting up payment arrangements Support conflict resolution between tenants or with vendors through effective strategies Handling lease renewals and resident communications Responding to emails, calls, and maintenance requests Supporting marketing, community events and resident retention efforts including social media Assuming office leadership duties in the absence of the

Property Manager What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in property management or leasing (assistant management experience preferred) Friendly, professional, detail-oriented and organized Sales-driven and goal-oriented personality Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive; Entrata Management System is a plus Available to work some Saturdays Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and inspect units Experience handling delinquency, renewals, and resident issue
