Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations at The Reserve at Park Place one of class A communities. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of property management regulations.Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property management laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager
- Experience with price optimization software is preferred
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in file management, data entry, and office software applications
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
