We seek a Self Storage Manager at our self storage facility in Hattiesburg, MS areas to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct size storage unit Responsible for following up on all rental leads, addressing all questions, promoting the property's features and benefits to convert leads to rentals Completes all documents including leases and reports per company's policy Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments . Clean and maintain units and property Other duties as deemed necessary Qualifications and Requirements Rental management software experience preferred but not required Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Punctual and dependable Professional phone and customer service skills Self- motivated and able to work independently Able to meet deadlines and learn from constructive development Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance Employment contingent upon review of background screening including criminal.'
