What You'll Do As Community Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and long-term success of Zimmerman Luxury Apartments by: Managing property operations, financial performance, and annual budgets. Maximizing occupancy, resident retention, and revenue. Recruiting, developing, and leading leasing and maintenance team members. Delivering an exceptional resident experience through responsive communication and outstanding customer service. Conducting regular property inspections to maintain luxury community standards. Partnering with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements. Monitoring leasing performance, market trends, and marketing initiatives. Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Montana landlord-tenant laws, and company policies. Reviewing operational and financial reports while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
