Monday-Friday | Flexible Schedule | Holidays Off Rental Professionals is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Property Management Professional to join our team in Bozeman. We are looking for someone with previous experience in residential property management who understands the day-to-day responsibilities of managing rental properties. Hands-on experience with AppFolio Property Manager is highly preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property management, works well with people, and is looking for a stable position with a Monday-Friday schedule, flexibility, and holidays off. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day residential property management operations Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors, and coworkers Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and maintenance requests Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors Create, manage, and follow up on work orders Assist with leasing, renewals, notices, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain accurate tenant and property records Enter and update information within AppFolio Property Manager Assist with property inspections and documentation Follow up on outstanding items to ensure issues are resolved Handle phone calls, emails, paperwork, and general office responsibilities Maintain clear and professional documentation and communication What We're Looking For Previous property management experience Experience with AppFolio Property Manager strongly preferred Knowledge of residential leasing and property management procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Comfortable working with tenants, owners, and vendors Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Dependable, professional, and willing to take initiative Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Schedule & Compensation $20.00-$28.00 per hour , depending on experience Monday-Friday Flexible schedule Holidays off In-person position in Bozeman, Montana Who Would Be a Great Fit?
