Job Description

We are a rapidly growing property management company seeking a fulltime candidate. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned properties Assist with HOA duties Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers' needs Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts, emails. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents and owners Negotiate leases with tenants in a timely and reliable manner Advertise and market vacancies Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends Accounts Receivables/Payables Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Skills Proven work experience as property manager Knowledge of leading property management software Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Valid property management license(preferred) An unlicensed individual would be required to obtain their property management license within 6 months of hire, if otherwise qualified BS degree in related field High School Diploma or GED Reliable personal transportation is required Work Remotely No This Job Is Ideal for
