We offer a full range of services to adults, children and families managing behavioral health symptoms and/or substance use disorders including inpatient psychiatric stabilization and medically assisted detoxification; outpatient evaluations, therapy and medication management, medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders and adult residential services. Provide program oversite for one or more residential substance abuse halfway house locations. Maintain a 90% bed utilization rate by actively responding to referrals, reviewing documentation in a timely manner, conducting client interviews and approving or denying potential residents. Provide overall supervision and on-site monitoring of staff through daily contact and a minimum of 2 supervisory meetings per month with each staff member. Provide training for new hires and ongoing skills assessment and retraining to ensure all program staff are well versed on job duties, expectations, and agency policies, procedures. Ensure each house follows state service definition and regulatory requirements. Act as point of contact for state surveys and audits to ensure compliance with state regulations. Monitor staffing needs for each house, working with Human Resources to fill vacant positions, make recommendations for promotion, and document staff short comings that may lead to termination. Evaluate staff performance in writing at 90-days post hire and annually thereafter. Monitor written documentation to ensure requirements for billing and authorizations are completed in a timely manner and billed appropriately. Act as liaison for medical/counseling interface by communicating at least weekly with the Residential Director and Treatment Team. Develop, implement and maintain a program in which 75% of the clients are stable and employed by graduation. Interact with staff and clients regularly to trouble shoot, answer questions and ensure the program is being implemented appropriately.
