About the Role As a Community Division Manager , you'll provide daily leadership and operational support to a team of Community Managers within an assigned region. You'll ensure our team consistently delivers exceptional service to the communities we manage, following the standards and values that define who we are. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to shape culture, grow talent, and make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Oversight Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers and/or Team Leads. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Promote productivity standards and performance excellence in alignment with company goals. Foster positive team dynamics and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings. Operational Excellence Provide support on portfolio management as needed, ensuring high service levels. Monitor timekeeping and approve time off in coordination with Human Resources. Conduct internal reviews, handle escalations, and assist with client retention. Oversee preparation and implementation of operating and capital budgets. Client & Community Engagement Ensure alignment with state laws and community governing documents. Attend and support board and annual meetings as needed. Guide Community Managers through vendor management and financial oversight. Conduct community site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained. Strategic Impact Collaborate with leadership to implement standardized processes and best practices. Represent the organization in business development efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert for training, compliance, and community strategy. Travel as required to support regional operations and leadership visibility. Requirements What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in Community or Homeowner Association Management. Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation (required). Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience and ability to manage people and processes. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to our values of service, accountability, innovation, and integrity. Work Environment & Expectations Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. May require after-hours and occasional weekend availability.
