2997301628-2 Apply for this job now Job Description PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Multifamily Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. In this role, you'll manage the full leasing cycle for multifamily communities-from responding to inquiries and hosting tours to processing applications and preparing leases. You'll use modern property management technology, maintain accurate listings, and support resident retention. Responsibilities Manage the full leasing cycle for multifamily units, including tours, applications, and move-ins Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Show available apartments, highlight features, and communicate community value to prospects Process rental applications, verify eligibility, and prepare lease documents accurately Maintain up-to-date listings, pricing, and availability in property management and CRM systems Support resident retention through responsive, professional service and issue follow-up Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams to meet occupancy goals Track leasing activity, conversions, and market feedback to support performance reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and local rental regulations Participate in leasing promotions, resident events, and community outreach as needed Required Skills Leasing and sales for multifamily properties Property management software (e.g., Yardi, App Folio, Buildium, Real Page) CRM and lead management tools Fair Housing and local rental regulation knowledge Rental application processing and tenant screening Lease preparation and digital document management Customer service and resident relations Upselling, closing techniques, and objection handling Basic property marketing and online listing management Time management and follow-up tracking Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office software
