Drive leasing and marketing to hit and exceed occupancy goals Lead daily operations — maintenance, resident experience, and team performance Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team Own the numbers: budgets, reporting, and financial performance Execute renewal strategies and keep residents happy and staying Uphold the Kahuna standard across the entire property What We're Looking For 3+ years of property management experience (student housing preferred) Proven track record of crushing occupancy and revenue goals Experience with Entrata (preferred, not required) Strong leadership presence — you hold the standard and elevate your team Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven
