Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Property Manager Position Overview Property Manager This is a full-time, in-person role located in Greenville, NC with a salary range of $80k - $90k. The position requires a responsible and proactive professional to provide high-level leadership and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities Property Manager You will oversee a dedicated team that handles the day-to-day operations of the property. This team's focus includes delivering excellent customer service, managing client delinquencies, and coordinating local outreach, tours, and open houses. Your oversight ensures all client complaints and property maintenance are handled efficiently. Daily Operations & Compliance Property Manager Responsibility includes ensuring that the entire property remains completely clean at all times. You will directly oversee and coordinate all necessary Section 8 inspections to maintain strict regulatory compliance across the site. Qualifications Property Manager Candidates must have 2+ years of progressive property management experience. Exceptional communication skills are required for this role, and the ideal candidate must be both highly responsible and consistently proactive in their management style.
