The Assistant Community Manager plays a key role in supporting daily property operations while helping ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and fostering a positive living environment for residents. This position requires strong organizational skills, financial awareness, and a passion for resident engagement. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will assist in maintaining operational excellence, supporting team development, and upholding LSA's mission and values. What You'll Do Support daytoday operations of the property with a strong focus on resident satisfaction Assist with compliance related to LIHTC and tax credit programs Help monitor financial performance, including occupancy, rent collection, and adherence to budgets Support supervision, coaching, and development of onsite team members Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely resolution of work orders Assist with community engagement initiatives and maintain positive resident relationships Represent and uphold LSA's mission, values, and standards in all interactions What We're Looking For ExperienceSkills Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily housing At least 1 year of experience working with LIHTC or affordable housing programs Minimum 1 year of experience in an Assistant Community Manager or related role Experience with RealPage property management software preferred Strong organizational, financial, and operational skills Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving abilities Selfmotivated, dependable, and resultsdriven Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance and paid parental leave Paid time off and paid holidays Employee assistance and discount programs Professional development and training support Who We Are LSA Management is redefining community management.
