Property Management team member

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, no drama person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• The main focus of this position will be to coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff
• Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants
• Assist with lease agreements and renewals
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Requirements:

• Knowledge of property management practices and procedures
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
