We're looking for someone who wants to learn it, takes pride in getting details right, and is ready to build a longer-term career in property. Keep the leasing office moving You'll be involved in the everyday work that connects prospective residents with the property team: Respond to initial inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing clear information or finding the right colleague to help. Schedule property tours, confirm appointments, and keep the team's calendar current. Update apartment availability, listing details, and inquiry records as information changes. Prepare information for tours so visitors can get accurate answers about the property and the application process. Record follow-up actions and make sure prospective residents receive timely updates. Help organize application documents and pass completed information to the leasing team for review. Make each interaction count People may contact us at different points in their search. Some know exactly what they want; others are still working it out. You'll listen, ask useful questions, and help them understand the next step without rushing them. You'll also support the team after an inquiry or tour by checking records, following up on outstanding questions, and keeping communication professional. When a question needs a decision from a more experienced colleague, you'll know who to involve and make sure it doesn't get lost. What you'll bring We'd like to meet someone who: Enjoys meeting new people and makes them feel comfortable asking questions. Can stay organized when calls, appointments, and administrative tasks arrive at the same time. Writes clear messages and checks information before sharing it. Follows through on commitments and notices when something needs an update. Is open to coaching and interested in learning about leasing and real estate. You'll need confidence using everyday computer systems and a willingness to learn the tools used by the property team. Learn the business from the inside This role offers hands-on exposure to leasing records, property tours, applicant communication, and the daily operation of a residential property. As you become confident with the process, you'll be able to handle more inquiries independently and develop a stronger understanding of the wider property business. The aim is to build your skills through real work, feedback, and increasing responsibility.
