Key Responsibilities & Impact Drive Occupancy & Community Growth:
Champion full-lifecycle leasing strategy—from creative property marketing and engaging unit tours to skillful lease negotiations that welcome ideal residents.
Maintain Operations Excellence:
Proactively oversee facility upkeep, vendor management, and physical property safety, ensuring high standards that protect asset value and resident peace of mind.
Master Administrative Precision:
Leverage AppFolio software to manage meticulous digital records across tenant files, lease contracts, maintenance logs, and financial records.
Uphold Inclusive Housing Standards:
Rigorously enforce Fair Housing standards and other housing guidelines
Navigate Legal Governance:
Handle legal affairs, lease agreements, dispute resolution, and eviction proceedings with complete transparency, professionalism, and adherence to landlord-tenant law.
Ensure Property Integrity:
Perform routine property walks to spot maintenance needs early, coordinating seamlessly with internal technicians and external contractors for swift resolutions.
Deliver World-Class Service:
Serve as the warm, supportive face of the property, responding rapidly to resident questions and cultivating positive community relations.
Optimize Revenue & Collections:
Efficiently direct rent collection workflows while identifying tailored opportunities to offer value-add amenities that enhance resident quality of life and business performance.
Promote Harmonious Community:
Apply empathetic conflict resolution techniques to resolve resident concerns, transforming challenges into opportunities for stronger community trust.
Qualifications & Essential Skills Licensure:
Active New Hampshire Real Estate License required
Tech Savviness:
Hands-on expertise with modern property management platforms (AppFolio, Buildium or similar) to drive operational efficiency.
Regulatory Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and Section 8 housing guidelines.
Administrative Command:
Demonstrated track record in managing critical documentation, real estate contracts, and compliance filing with meticulous attention to detail.
Communication & Etiquette:
Exceptional interpersonal and active-listening skills that inspire confidence across owners, residents, and vendor partners.
Negotiation & Conflict Management:
Proven capacity to resolve sensitive tenant issues, mediate disputes, and negotiate agreements constructively.
Maintenance & Task Oversight:
Adept at organizing schedules and tracking maintenance work orders through CRM systems.
Sales Acumen:
Skill in articulating the value of auxiliary services and premium offerings to boost overall property performance.

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
