Job Description

Summary:
The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance and financial performance.
Responsibilities :
Contribute to the achievement of established financial objective by collecting resident rent, posting rent receipts, managing delinquency and entering payables Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and property rules. Review all leasing documents, including applications and reservations agreements, before creating the lease document Achieve occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases Review daily reports to assist Property Manager with strategizing a game plan to meet owner goals Taking lead on tenant relations and resolving issues regarding ledgers or tenant experience with care and enthusiasm Assist in managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs and renovations in a timely manner. Monitoring and maintaining low delinquency Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks. Assume Property Manager duties when in the absence of a superior
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service related industry and minimum 2 year of apartment leasing Strong and keen attention to detail regarding tenant documents, reviewing work of leasing, and a strong sales ability Exposure to the rent collection processes, budgets and account receivables Great organizational skills as well as a professional appearance/presentation Outstanding communication skills, willingly proactive with engaging on phone conversations and texts Proficient with industry software (Appfolio, Yardi etc) A real estate license, or willingness to obtain

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
