Property Manager + Leasing | Long Branch, NJ We're looking for the right individual or small team to lease, manage, and grow our residential portfolio in Long Branch, currently about 13 units with room to expand. Leasing is a key part of this role. We need someone who will actively drive occupancy, not just maintain it.

Leasing responsibilities:

Actively market and lease our available units Generate your own prospective tenant leads Build strong relationships with local brokers Coordinate showings and follow up with prospects Maximize exposure and keep units occupied Management responsibilities: Manage tenants, vendors, repairs, and maintenance Help identify new real estate opportunities The opportunity: This role can become much more than property management. The right person will have the potential to run our small local office, help oversee and expand the portfolio, and work closely with ownership, especially during the summer season. What we're looking for: A proven ability to lease units and generate leads Hands-on, responsive, organized, and dependable Real estate or property management experience preferred An entrepreneurial, motivated mindset: someone who can manage and grow Management compensation plus leasing opportunities.
