The selected candidate must live on site. Free on-site housing is provided. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. Collect rent, maintain records, and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate and enforce community rules consistently and professionally. Inspect the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Address resident concerns promptly and respectfully. Assist with applications, move-ins, and move-outs. Keep ownership informed about property conditions and community needs. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Dependable and able to work independently. Comfortable with basic computer tasks and recordkeeping. Able to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally. Property management or mobile home park experience preferred. Compensation $16 per hour. Free on-site housing; residency at the park is required.

Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.
