Community Manager Property Management | Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a manufactured housing community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, maintaining high community standards, and ensuring the property operates efficiently. The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site representative, balancing resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, compliance, and property maintenance while working closely with regional leadership.
Requirements Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day community operations Collect rent and process resident payments Show homes and assist prospective residents through the leasing process Process applications, leases, and resident paperwork Respond to resident questions and resolve concerns professionally Enforce community policies and Fair Housing guidelines Coordinate with maintenance and outside vendors to keep the property well maintained Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with legal notices when needed Maintain accurate resident records and property management software Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure community success
Qualifications:
1+ year of property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office; Rent Manager experience is a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred High School Diploma or GED required #
